Chicken:
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup. Italian dressing
4 pieces Havarti cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Place chicken in a glass 13x9 pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Place 1 piece of Havarti cheese on top of each piece of chicken,
Put chicken back in the oven for 5 more minutes,
Serve!
Potatoes:
6-8 medium sized red potatoes (quartered)
1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place potatoes on a cookie sheet that has been covered in foil.
Sprinkle onions over the potatoes.
Mix remaining ingredients and using a pastry brush, coat potatoes and onions.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until fork tender.
Serve hot.
